Sunrise Custom Fence East Inc. installs fences and railings for homeowners in Suffolk County, New York. This page explains what happens to the information you give us through this website. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to type into our preliminary quote form. Depending on how much you fill in, that can include your name, phone number, email address, the town or street address where the fence would go, details about the project, and how you would prefer we follow up.

We do not ask for payment details through this website, and we have no way to accept them here.

Why we collect it

To prepare a preliminary quote and to follow up with you about it. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you requested a quote.

Who else touches it

A few services are involved in running this site:

• Formspree delivers the quote form to our email. Your submission passes through their systems.
• Google Maps Platform (Places) provides address suggestions and structured address details in the quote form. Address text you type or select may be sent to Google so it can return matching places and address information. Use of these address features is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare provides infrastructure for our private lead-processing system and database, where quote information may be securely stored and processed for follow-up and preparation of your quote.
• NiceJob powers the customer review content and the review request widget.
• Wisetack handles financing prequalification. If you choose to prequalify, you leave this site and their privacy policy applies to what happens there. We do not see your credit information.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, which means your browser requests them from Google when the page loads.
• Google Analytics is used, with your permission, to help us understand visits to the site and actions such as quote-form opens, quote submissions, phone-link clicks and financing-link clicks. The Analytics property is owned and administered by Sunrise Custom Fence East.

Google Analytics is optional on this site. It does not load unless you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie notice. If you decline, we store that choice in your browser and do not load Google Analytics. We do not use this site to run advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Quote requests may be retained in our email and private lead records so that we can pick up a conversation where it left off — homeowners often come back a season or two later. If you would rather we delete yours, ask and we will.

Your choices

You can accept or decline Google Analytics when the cookie notice appears. Your choice is stored in your browser so we do not ask on every page. You can change that choice later by clearing this site’s stored website data in your browser, which will make the notice appear again.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@sunrisefence.com or call (631) 474-8650 and we will take care of it. You never have to give us a reason.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection and form submissions are transmitted securely. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise. We do not ask for payment-card, Social Security, or similar sensitive financial or government-identification information through the quote form.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and the date at the top.
